I doubt you can use maxwell shaders directly. You might aply shaders to a scene and find a way to export import this scene in Artlantis.
Textures you can use, if you know the name of one of them you can search for it and know the location, where maxwell-textures are stored. You might copy these files to another location, or just add the location to the Catalog library.

You can try, but I'm afraid it won't work....
Artlantis can work with it's own shader format, and well known image textures, such as jpg, tiff, and so on. No other particular shader formats are supported.
