Renders and camera views from Revit 2010 remain black

I experienced that all views remain black in viewport and in the rendering as well. Auto and lights are set to Revit. Any suggestions? Thanks, Carlos

I can see my model in a Parallel view, but I can't see it in a perspective view - it's all black.

If you open a file with no Heliodon (sun/sky) turned on then it will appear completely black. Might check that first and foremost.
