I don't believe Artlantis is using the GPU processing power when running renderings. I would assume that the GPU is more important when using the OpenGL capabilities and setting up the scene in your view window. I would also assume that the most important factor when rendering is going to be the raw processing power of your CPU, thus more cores and faster cores are always going to be extremely important. Don't forget lots of RAM!

Correct me if I'm wrong here anybody...
Well artlantis is a software of 32 bits only suport 4 gb of ram.

I think together with the development of the 64bit version of Artlantis Abvent should at least consider the possibility of implementation of using GPU(s) as extra render power.
Nowadays more and more render software companies use these techniques.
Some:
- Arion Render
- Lux Render
- Octane Render
- Indigo Render
Abvent, please look at these render engines and find out for yourself. With this you can score!

I try octane render for a moment. my graphic card nvidia 230m GT for notebooks. and cpu p8700 2.53 ghz core2duo.
I tried a sample scene render it takes 8 minutes on artlantis.
the same scene takes 50 seconds on octane render. With nvidia cuda gpu renderers are unbeliaveble...
But ı think with atl objects, with user interface, with poscards; artlantis is in front of octane.
