Render part of view

I changed some stuff and want to render again. BUT I don't have to render the full view, but only the (see example in my image) the yellow stroked part. How do I do that without changing the camera point? So I can just lay the new render on top of the old one.

Almost close to a photo. Belonging to the part render I don't think that it will work because there might be slight changes in the behaviour of the light and the shadows. regarding the fact that you render only a small part of the picture I think ATL will not take car about the objects being outside that part. If you use render zone ATL will not take car about things being placed outside this zone. If there is something reflecting close to this zone or something what is causing some colored shine this will be not rendered and the effect will not be in this small cutout. So if you use render zone the zone should be somehow bigger than needed. Afterwards you can cut this cutout in postproduction to the size you need. This way most of the reflected shines and emitted light of other objects being around should be in this cutout.
