Artlantis will support farm rendering somewhere in the future only. As soon as it will be possible, I'm sure there will be many users eager to use your services.
Until then, can you offer faster rendering services even without this feature? Please let us know.
hi
i wrote your Marketing manager Eric a long email last friday but didn get reply yet
the current batchrender Artlantis have is to 90% what i need
some quick modifications and i am able to render animations
still images are bit more complicate but nothing both sides couldnt solve
beside that I wrote him about another point but thats nothing for the forum yet
what I need is a tech guy to talk about essential things I need
farm support start and fail with that ...
That would be a realy nice feature especialy for animations wich are very slow on a single PC/MAC whatever the specs are .
The only other two killer features would be Nvidia CUDA suport and UNBIASD render ,whit that i think ther would be no more people hwo would think to switch to more acurate render engines like Maxwell ,Mentalray/3dMax ,Vray/3dMax and now Octane render which has an obscene sellyng price (100 euros) .Hope thise are taken in to consideration by the Artlantis team ,if so the ther are many chances for Artlantis to become the by far No 1 choise for Architects worldwide .
Sory for the bad English ,hope you understode what i meant .

There are several developments in progress in this direction of course, next versions will certainly come up with the results.
Octane is challenging the future and the price is very tasty. However you need to pay far more for the HD to run it...
I don't think in thise field the coste of the softwear is that much of a problem ,Artlantis has a prety good price ,and i'm saying that wile living in contry where you can't ask betwen 5-20 % of building price for the project ,even so I would not choose the 100 euro octane against artlantis which is much easier to use ,and I allso think has a greater potential for architect in time (studio 4 ,maybe 5) .I have tried the octane trial and must say that seting lights and materials is ahorible experience ,allmost like 3dMax and simmilar sofwear ,comparde to the easynes of artlantis ,you can say that in order to ghet excelent results you have to work hard ,but that is plain WRONG ,as an architect you have to work hard on the concept ,on the solution ,never on seting/preparing the presentation .This is why artlantis is better ,you may not need someone hwo is specialaized in rendering and dose not understand your point of wiew .White artlantis you have a grate tool to sustaine your solution ,and eaven verify yourself .
