I have exported an object and then loaded it in to Acrobat Pro but it will not load any textures (it only shows as grey).
Should it automatically load the texture when it is imported or do I need to write a script to load it? This is all new to me, but maybe someone out there has tried it and got it to work. :)

I haven't tried this export so far, sorry. The textures should be included automatically I presume. Because there is no need for scripting in Artlantis for anything, why should be this export the sole one?
