After formating my computer, I want to reinstall Artlantis 2.0 but the program says there's no licence available, my licence number doesn't work? I have only one computer with artlantis installed so i don't understand!

In case of formating, or anything else like that, you have to go first in the licence editor (see 'help' when ATL is on) and turn off your licence, or else, after formating, there won't be any ATL for your computer, but for Abvent company they still have a login of your licence operating.
See in 'support center' and make a ticket, with your ID computer number and the serial number of ATL.
