hi..after trying to use Artlantis Studio since the demo was released...well i can say its a litle bit hard to learn!!!
for me? mm..artlantis R wasn't that hard.. i mean if u were used to 4.5 its kind of easy learning the new R..
but the studio?? mmm..its really isn't that easy!! the animation.. recording thing!! it feels like i am trying to learn A REAL THING!!!
i know that features like object and light animation are great...but its now hard to control the most important thing..!! the camera path!!! in the old 4.5...i used to do in" still camera" shots all along the neaded path..like 20 camera...then use the magical " insert into animation..or send to animation featuer!! u rember it no?" then i go to the animation edit and i find the path is ok! a litle smoothing and its ready!! no headache trying to control the focus..and the target!! it was all solved..!! i change them in the still camera..and its here in the animation!! it was just like drawing a line between the shots!!! that was a real great way!! but now? using the studio..the " insert into animaton? all it does is to start from that point!!! wooow!! how impressive!!!" I REALLY MISS THE OLD WAY!! it was really like playing with the artlantis!! " mmm..may be i am missing something? i hope so!! i really do...i hope that this feature is still available..but its my bad ..that i can't find it!!"
after this time..i mean since Artlantis studio is released ... still i can't control over the camera path!!! :(

i can't even believe that i can't do it the old lovely way that i used to do in artlantis 4.5
i just used to assign cameras with different targets... different view angles... different roling angles... i mean it was just like exploring the modle and saving those shots...then i export them all to animation and guess what i get? a full path that just need a little smooth and voile!!! i have what i want!!
i can't believe that for now creating a path in Archicad is easier than doing it in Artlantis!!!
and still even if i have it in Archicad? i can't export it!!

and the tutorials? baaah!!! i can't even stand it!!!
look i am not new to this... i mean i've been using artlantis for like 8 years by now...but i can't go through this..this time!!
I agree... have been using Art•lantis 4.5 for years and Artlantis Studio Animation is not nearly as easy to manipulate... especilly adding+ possitioning cameras.

It true that studio is a little bit complicated but you can learn look at the treats
I have made here i have doing some great jobs only complaining is not the way to learn
