what is the Megabytes limits, to pictures uploads, i have problems to upload my pics,
2. Can i delete a old subject?

I don't know if there is a limit in mb, it is recommended to upload images of 1920px x 1080px minimum. What is your exact problem during the upload?
If the possibility to delete is there, you can delete your older uploads.
