I´ve been succesfully using the file reference function with animations except when it comes to materials in sequences: shading, bright, ambiant,... when animated won´t come in files references. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.

The file reference function is independent of animations or any other presentation mode. This is true for shaders as well, they should take over the same settings from the original file.

Maybe the don't look nice in an animation? This is a different issue, if I understand well your post.

The file references the shaders correctly... there is no trouble about it... what it doesn't recognizes is the animation applied to the shaders in the sequences... I hope im expressing myself better now.

I see. Please verify if the animation option is also checked while you use the Reference file feature. These shaders actions will be transfered with the animation settings only.
