OK. I can't see exactly what kind of lamp this should be but normally it's easy to do.
If you have a lamp you just have to look if there is something like a glass over the part of the lamp where the light will come out.
Open the lamp as a separate scene. Add a light source to this scene and place it where the light source should be in this lamp.
Belonging to the kind of lamp you must change the angle of the light source. If I have a lamp with metal body and only one part where the light is coming out I normally put the ankle up to 360°.
The rest is playing with the settings.
Afterwards you can save this lamp as aof but take care for saving it with lightsource.
In the picture above there is only one light source in the center of the lamp. The settings will follow

IN this picture the light sources are placed in the center of the lamps. The lamps are textured with translucent glass shader and a white bitmap. The white bitmap is set to 70 transparency and the ambience is set to something around 0.8. This way they look like glowing.

Interesting? Did you turn The light on? You have to do this in the camera settings. There you will find the name of your light and you can turn it in and off. How high is your light power? The light in my first picture was set to something around 250.
look Patrick I attached to you each step
I done , first I opened the lamp as scene and added light and make sure that the light is turning on , finally I saved it as aof . but again i didn't find the light . actually i feel disappointed what can i do

As far as I can see the endless ground is turned off. To see a effect of lightning the light source has to be placed in a house/room ore the ground has to be turned on.
In the picture above you can see the lamp of my first picture. I opened the aof and turned the endless ground off. As you can see there is no light emitted.
Turn the ground on and you will see the light.

Ok. Only thing I think it could be is that in this view the light is not activated on the camera tab.
Have checked if you have saved the light source in the aof?
When I'm back on my PC I will Five you one of lamps as archive.
If your scene is not to large you can make am archive file and send it to me: info@archiVidere.com

Hey Doaa i think if you saved it correctly it is listed as a light object in your object browser. It's the last steo in the save sequence check always vertical and include light.
