Couple of good ones on the Sketchup 3D Warehouse site. Then just export from Sketchup and tweak materials in Artlantis then you got urself an object :) Enjoy!

The *Cama Hospitalar* (Hopsital bed in Spanish, ahuh go my Spanish lol) by metaphisica, is a really good one!
