Agreed,

It is good. Nice mood and I'm sure you will convince your client.

One minor observation though.
The wall outside, the one you see from the room shows shadows of trees? Am I right?
If so, then it doesn't fit the direction of the light coming through the window into the room.

If not, Ididn't say anything.

Keep up this fantastic quality

nice render, wood on the floor looks great, can you explain how did you do it, is that a shader, or textures ('arroway' maybe)?
