I am on a Mac using SketchUp pro 5 and the latest plug-in from Artlantis.
When I export to Artlantis eveything goes through as one object so I can't select things to more or alter.
If I put things on different layers in SketchUp and then select "layers" in the Artlantis plug-in export otions, SketcUp crashes EVERY time.
I have deleted unused and fixed problems and re-started and SketchUp crashes every time I try to export to Artlantis with layers.
So glad I haven't bough Artlantis yet, it looks great but it seems to work better for PC people.

The standard solution the SU support recommends for export problems like this on the Mac is to rename or delete the plist (preferences) file. I am not an user of current Macs so I cannot tell you the exact filename and location.
Also, verify that you are using the latest patched version of SUPro5, and if necessary, download and install that.
