Will there ever be an updated plug-in Vectorworks 12.5 to Art 4.5? I've had no reply from six weeks ago on this.
Meanwhile I reloaded 12 and although it was working for a while, I've been doing some quick studies and the file will not export- materials come through greyed out and clicking on edit fixed camera does nothing (usually this allows me to find the model)
I can't answer for Abvent, but I remember them advising the users of newer Cad software and v. 4.5 to use the 3DS format. As I remember it, it worked quite well with SketchUp, except that the cameras were all somehow tlted and had to be corrected. Can't you upgrade to R or Studio?
It will be no more export from from VW12.5 or higher to Artlantis 4.5.
To export from VW 12.5 please use the 3ds file format.
When you'll like to update your file please use the "Use a reference file" command available into the File menu of Artlantis 4.5
