I am importing an internal view from ArchiCAD to Artlantis and when I open up the file in Artlantis the columns appear faceted. I have tried altering the magic wand settings in ArchiCAD and no matter what I change these too, the columns seem the same in Artlantis.
What can I do to get a smooth column in Artlantis??

Hi Michael,
just try to increase smoothness of the material/shader in the materialexplorer. This will help in most cases.
Usually it will be enough to increase smoothness up to 29 or 39.

Patrick is right! Select the column shader and set the smoothness slider in the bottom part of the Inspector.
