Testing some settings and render times in ATL 3.0.2 I realized that there must be a bug in the using "depth of field" combined with a background seen through a window. As you can see in the picture everything is fine in the parts where the windows are open. The background visible trough the windows (original fresnel glass shader) is sharp and the effects of using "depth o field" are completely missing. Maybe same bug like using fog?
Anybody else realized same problem?

I this rendering, where is the limit of the blur? The background shouldn't be blurred, why? Do the outside furniture belong to the scene or they come with the background picture?

Hi Ildiko,
the limit was not set very high. As you can see it works at the beginning of the bed. The focus was positioned in the area of the pillows. The furniture outside belongs to the scene. Regarding this and the fact that the background has the wanted effect in the area where there is no glass there must be a bug. As soon as you start seeing the background through the window it's getting sharp.
Greetings
