Hi everybody,
first of all sorry for my bad english!
This is my issue: trying to have a better quality rendering, yesterday i installed artlantis studio 3 on a friend's computer. He has a quad-core processor, 6 GB ram, ati graphic card (don't know the model, but it has less then a year of life and i can think it's in line with the pc quality) and windows 7 64-bit. When we run artlantis studio 3, it always asks to install quicktime (which is already installed)..however artlantis starts, opens the file i want but the grass in white, the trees are stylized (correct word?) and whe i ask to open the catalogue to apply textures it crashes giving me a C++ error. Then it exit the software.
Thinking it was a 64-bit OS issue, we run artlantis on the same machine after installed windows 7 32-bit, but the issue remains.
Any solution??
Thanks

It seams a good computer, anyway, it is worth to check the parameters with the configuration with that Abvent suggests for Artlantis. Regarding the graphic card, it should have between 128 and 512 mb, I don't know the exactly card you mention.
Quick Time is an important issue for Artlantis, you may need to update it. That could be a reason why it quit so suddenly.
The other issue, with the white grass and trees, is because the textures were missing. Your friend may not have those particular shaders and textures on his computer so Artlantis couldn't display them correctly. When you opened the file, did you have any message about the missing textures?
