You use a low quality JPG image. JPG is sloppy in translating colors. Would you f.i. want to have the background of this image to be transparant it is not possible to do it. Zoom in on the image in a program like Photoshop and you will see that the background alone has about 20-30 tones of red in it. You can only choose one to be transparant.
In this case it is better to make an alpha channel in Photoshop. Save it as TGA or PSD. Then you can have a working alphachannel.

thank you Sjaak! With Artlantis 4.5 it's very easily, but in R2 I don'n understand the technology of using alpha channel.Something is wrong in this version!

Every new version has new techniques. Not knowing how to use it doesn't mean the software is wrong.
The use of alpha channels was allready available in ArtLantis 4.0 so I don't understand your complaint.
Follow the tutorial I shared and you will see that you have better results.
In the meantime I advise to use higher quality textures. It will improve your work
Sjaak
P.S.
I prepared your file with an alphachannel. Try it.

Thanks for your consideration! But I don't understand what is the relation between texture colors and option who of them to be transparent? There is a option-"Make this color transparent in Texture".How can I select the colors from texture?

If you want to use this method you need to ALT-click the color you need to be transparant in the preview of you texture mapping dialog.
This is very usefull if you have an image with a background in ONE color. F.I. white (being RGB 255,255,255) or black (being RGB 0,0,0) or any other onecolored background.
In your case this doesn't work because your image has a background with 20-30 different tones of red. ALT-clicking it will result in choosing just one of the many reds you have there and you won't see the difference.
That is why I advised you to make an alphachannel. Then you can give certain parts of your image transparancy.
