How should I avoid a scrambled Preview window when I navigate?
Answer :

The problem comes from the Mac OS 10.5.6 update; while waiting for the next Mac OS X update, here is the workaround: In the Preview window, extend the window (in the bottom right-hand corner) until you don't see the right and/or bottom cursors anymore.
